At Memorial Hermann Hospital in the Texas Medical Centre, Ms. Murdock works as a staff nurse. She currently holds the position of Vice President for the Association of PeriOperative Registered Nurses (AORN), an organisation with more than 40,000 members. She writes for the AORN Journal and speaks at national conferences on DEI and trauma care. In addition to a BSN from the University of Texas Health Science Centre at Houston and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Darlene has an MSN in Education from WGU. Murdock has established himself as a leader in the field of perioperative nursing and has proven to be innovative and growth-oriented.
