Throughout her clinical career, Eloise served as an advanced clinical practitioner in the community services and acute care departments of the UK NHS, working in a variety of roles and locations. Her clinical work has made her a global nurse, having led to roles as director of education and research at Amana Healthcare in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and more recently, in Ethiopia.
Throughout her academic career, Eloise has instructed a diverse range of healthcare students, such as undergraduate and postgraduate NMAPs, as well as medical and pharmacy students.
In addition to her vast experience in designing new programs and assisting workforce development through micro-credentialing in partnership with important stakeholders, Eloise has led and contributed to numerous PSRB accreditations.
Eloise had several high academic leadership posts in the UK before moving to the UAE, most notably as an Associate Dean at Aston University.
In the UK NHS, Eloise’s doctoral work changed the way community and urgent care services were provided and at the service level. She is still conducting research in the fields of multimorbidity, advanced practice, patient safety, and healthcare education. Eloise has had tenures at the National Institute of Health Research (NIHR) in the past. She is still available to perform expert evaluations for the NIHR, supervise PhD candidates, and conduct external examinations for colleges and institutions throughout the world.
