Che has been employed by the NHS for almost 36 years and is a paramedic who is registered with the HCPC.
With twenty years of teaching expertise, he was involved in the creation and introduction of the first BSc (hons) paramedic program approved by the HCPC. After thereafter, Che obtained his MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice and worked extensively as an advanced clinical practitioner in emergency care.
While working in the UAE, he continues to be a paramedic registered with the HCPC and a non-medical prescriber. He has been actively involved in the creation of the postgraduate curriculum at the College of Paramedics.
